- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a 2 quart baking dish with Pam. Set aside.
- Cook ravioli according to package directions and drain.
- In prepared dish pour in half of the pasta sauce, then add half of the ravioli, top with half the spinach and then half of the mozzarella. Repeat layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Uncover and bake until cheese melts (about 5-10 minutes).

Steps:
- In a medium stock pot combine the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped onion, Italian seasoning, salt and water. Stir in the minced garlic in quantity desired. Allow mixture to simmer for 2 hours. If sauce seems dry add additional water.
- In large pot of boiling salted water cook the ravioli until done. Drain.
- In a 9x13 inch pan layer sauce and cooked ravioli. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and grated mozzarella cheese.
- In a preheated 400 degrees F(205 degrees C) oven bake for 30 minutes, or until light golden brown. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 2 qt round casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large, preferably nonstick, skillet, combine turkey, onion and garlic and cook over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. Break the meat up during cooking.
- Drain off liquid and fat.
- Stir in tomatoes, sauce and spices and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water until just tender (do not overcook, since it will continue cooking in the oven).
- Drain, and add the tomato mixture to the pasta, and toss well.
- Stir in the spinach, ricotta and egg substitute.
- Pour into the greased casserole dish, and sprinkle on the parmesan.
