ROASTED CHICKPEA WRAPS
This super-healthy vegetarian supper packs in 4 of your 5 a day, with avocados, roasted red peppers and spiced chickpeas

Steps:
- Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Drain the chickpeas and put in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, cumin and paprika. Stir the chickpeas well to coat, then spread them onto a large baking tray and roast for 20-25 mins or until starting to crisp - give the tray a shake halfway through cooking to ensure they roast evenly. Remove from the oven and season to taste.
- Toss the chopped avocados with the lime juice and chopped coriander, then set aside until serving. Warm the tortillas following pack instructions, then pile in the avocado, lettuce, yogurt, peppers and toasted chickpeas at the table.

HOT CHEETO BURRITO RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: flank steak, taco seasoning, salt, lime juice, avocados, mexican sour cream, flaming hot cheetos, cheddar cheese, canola oil

Steps:
- Cut flank steak into fajita size pieces and place in bowl. Add the taco seasoning, 1 teaspoon lime juice and salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Scoop avocado with a spoon and place in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon lime juice, salt and mash with a fork until soft enough to whisk.
- In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of canola oil and let heat for 30 seconds. Add marinated meat and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring until meat is browned.
- In a small saucepan heat condensed cheddar cheese for 3 minutes, stir throughout.
- On a griddle warm up flour tortilla until soft. Add cooked meat, add half of guacamole, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 bag of hot cheetos, and warm cheddar cheese.
- Wrap burrito up, fold ends in then each corner of the top side until you can roll the top side up.
- Slice in half.
- Enjoy!
BUFFALO CHICKPEA WRAPS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: olive oil, chickpeas, garlic powder, salt, buffalo sauce, hummus, lemon juice, water, large tortillas, romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion

- In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the chickpeas and cook until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes.
- Add the garlic powder, salt, and buffalo sauce and cook for 2 more minutes, until the sauce thickens and the chickpeas have browned. Set aside.
- In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine the hummus, lemon juice, and water and whisk thoroughly.
- To assemble a wrap, top a tortilla with romaine, chickpeas, tomatoes, and red onion, then pour on the dressing.
- Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll up like a burrito. Cut in half.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Gently fry onions for 5 mins in oil, until softened. Tip in beans, tomatoes and seasoning, then simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, warm the wraps in the microwave on High for 1 min.
- Take a large spoonful of beans and spoon along the centre of each wrap. Top with some grated cheese, a spoonful of guacamole and soured cream and a sprinkling of coriander or parsley. Wrap into a cigar shape and eat straight away.
