3/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (store-bought or homemade)
2 Tbsp maple syrup (or more to taste)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat or high heat and immediately remove from the heat, whisk often with a flat whisk as it cools to prevent scalding of the milk and burning of the sugars.
  • Add to your coffee as desired.

  • Whisk 4 ounces cream, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat pumpkin mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until heated through and completely blended, 1 to 3 minutes.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk, remaining 10 ounces cream, and pumpkin mixture into a container, cover the container with a lid, and shake until completely mixed. Store in the refrigerator.

3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or favorite natural sweetener like honey, maple syrup or stevia to taste)

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients except the vanilla into a medium saucepan over low to medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil whisking periodically.
  • Once at a boil, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
  • Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • To use, add 1-2 tbsp to your coffee and enjoy!
