Pumpkin Pie Cake With Yellow Cake Mix Food

PUMPKIN PIE CAKE WITH YELLOW CAKE MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with parchment paper.
• In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Mix until smooth and pour into a 9x13 inch pan.
• Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture, then sprinkle chopped nuts and pat down gently. Melt butter or margarine and drizzle over cake.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 45 to 60 minutes. (Be sure to check the cake after 45 minutes because oven temperatures vary.)
• After cake cools, turn it upside down so the top of the cake will be the crust. Remove the parchment paper. Top with dessert topping (optional) before serving.

EASY PUMPKIN PIE CAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray; set aside.
• In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, cloves, pumpkin and evaporated milk with whisk until well combined. Pour into pan.
• In medium bowl, mix cake mix and melted butter until well combined (mixture will be lumpy). Stir in chopped pecans. Sprinkle mixture evenly on top of pumpkin mixture in pan.
• Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown. Cool 30 minutes before serving. If desired, refrigerate until cold. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows to serve. Top with whipped cream just before serving.

PUMPKIN PIE CAKE II

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
• Reserve 1 cup of cake mix from the package. In a bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and melted margarine. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9x13 inch pan to form a crust.
• Mix together the pumpkin, 3 eggs, sugar, cinnamon and evaporated milk until blended. Pour over the crust. Combine the brown sugar and reserved 1 cup cake mix, then cut in the margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over the filling.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Keep refrigerated.

DAWN'S PUMPKIN PECAN DUMP CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350.
• In a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, until well blended.
• Pour batter into a 9x13" greased pan.
• Sprinkle DRY cake mix on top, then cover with pecans.
• Pour melted margarine or butter over top.
• Bake 50-60 mins., or until golden brown.
• Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream on top.

PUMPKIN PIE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
• Combine cake mix, nuts and butter until well mixed. Press mixture into bottom of prepared baking pan.
• In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes or until thoroughly combined. Spread over crumb mixture.
• Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until set and tip of knife inserted into center of pan comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
• Cut into squares and top with sweetened whipped cream if desired.

PUMPKIN PIE CAKE

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, pumpkin, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. , Pour into 2 well-greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in each center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. , Combine frosting and remaining cinnamon; spread between layers and over top and sides of cake. Press walnuts lightly into frosting on sides of cake. If desired, dust top of cake with additional ground cinnamon.

PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, milk, eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir until blended and pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
• Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin. Place the small pieces of butter over the cake mix, as evenly as possible (as they melt they will spread out), and sprinkle pecans over the top of the cake.
• Bake for 50 minutes.

PUMPKIN PIE CAKE RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Mix together the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
• Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
• Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the entire pumpkin mixture in the pan.
• Spoon melted butter over the dry cake mix.
• Sprinkle chopped nuts over all.
• Bake for 55 minutes.
• Serve warm or cold.

PUMPKIN BARS WITH YELLOW CAKE MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan. Remove 1 cup cake mix and reserve.
• In a small bowl, lightly beat 1 egg. In a large bowl, stir together remaining cake mix, melted butter and beaten egg. Press into pan.
• In large bowl, lightly beat remaining eggs. Stir in pumpkin, 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk and cinnamon. Pour over cake mixture.
• To the remaining 1 cup cake mix, add 1/2 cup sugar, walnuts and 1/4 cup butter. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.
• Bake at 350F 50 to 60 minutes.

PUMPKIN PIE BARS WITH YELLOW CAKE MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with spray oil.
• In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour pumpkin mixture into the prepared 9x13 inch pan.
• Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture.
• Melt the butter, then drizzle this over the top of the cake mix.
• Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

PUMPKIN MAGIC CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
• In a large bowl place the cake mix ingredients (substituting milk for water). So for my cake mix, it called for ½ cup vegetable oil, 1 cup water, and 3 eggs. I substituted one cup of milk in place of the water.
• Mix per the package instructions. For my cake mix, it was on medium for two minutes.
• Pour the cake batter into the prepared 9x13 pan. Set aside.
• In a medium-size bowl place the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, pumpkin pie spice, eggs, and brown sugar. Whisk together until smooth.
• SLOWLY pour the pumpkin mixture right on top of the cake mix, over the whole cake. The key is to pour this slowly and drizzle it all over the top of the cake, along the edges so it covers the top. It will already begin to sink.
• Bake for 50 minutes to one hour or until no longer loose in the middle. (Mine took 50 minutes.)
• While the cake is cooling in a large bowl whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
• Fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
• Spread over the cooled cake.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.
