Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Stir together the ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles and mustard in a medium bowl. Season with salt and set aside.
- Arrange the bacon in a large skillet and heat over medium. Cook until golden and crispy, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate; pour the drippings out of the skillet and reserve for another use. Cut the bacon into 1-inch pieces.
- Heat the oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat. When it starts to shimmer, add the ground beef, a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Cook, breaking the meat up with a wooden spoon, until lightly browned in spots and just cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the onion and cook, stirring constantly, until just translucent and tender, about 2 minutes. Use a large slotted spoon to scoop the meat mixture into a medium bowl, leaving the liquid behind. Stir in 1 cup of the ketchup sauce. Let cool slightly. Fold in the chopped American cheese.
- Put the sesame seeds in a shallow bowl.
- Separate each biscuit into 2 thinner rounds (the dough is layered, so it will divide easily). Flatten a piece of dough between your hands. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the ground beef mixture into the center of the dough and top with a piece of bacon. Gather the dough around the filling and seal into a little ball. Dip the smooth bottom of the ball into the sesame seeds. Place the ball into the prepared bundt pan, seed-side down, and repeat until the bottom of the pan is covered. Split the remaining biscuits and stuff with the bacon and filling using the same method -- but don't dip in the sesame seeds. Add to the bundt pan in an even layer.
- Bake the monkey bread until golden brown and the balls are no longer doughy, 50 to 55 minutes. Invert onto a platter and remove the pan. Let rest for 10 minutes. Serve warm with the remaining ketchup sauce for dipping.

Steps:
- Preheat a 350 degree oven and generously butter a bundt pan.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters. Smash them down a bit with your hand and place a small spoonful of cream cheese spread in each one. Pull the edges of the biscuit together and seal. This part is a bit messy. It's ok if the biscuits aren't sealed completely around the filling.
- In a measuring cup, whisk together the butter and garlic powder.
- Place half the stuffed biscuits in the bottom of the bundt pan. Top with half the cheese and half the jalapeno. Pour half the melted butter over the top. Then sprinkle half the parsley on top of that. Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuits, cheese, jalapenos, and butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove and allow to cool slightly then invert on to a plate. Serve immediately.

YEAST PULL-APART BROWN SUGAR MONKEY BREAD
I use my sweet dough recipe#121574 but you can use your own sweet dough recipe, or use a purchased frozen bread dough, thawed and at room temperature for this. This can also be made in an angel food baking pan that has been generously coated with cooking spray. Prep time does not include making the sweet dough.

BREAKFAST BUNDT BREAD (AKA MONKEY BREAD AKA PULL-APART BREAD)
This is like a sticky pecan bun and cinnamon bun all rolled into one! You're going to need a glass of milk to eat this - it's VERY rich. For the icing, we like to lump it on top and let it melt down the sides; that way, it picks up some of the other gooey stuff and you can dip your bread into it!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F (350°F if using a glass bundt pan).
- Grease bundt pan with softened tablespoon of butter (you may need more depending on the size of your bundt pan, DO NOT SUBSTITUTE - the butter mixes with the sugar mixture on the outside of the bread, making it gooey).
- Roll biscuit half into a ball and let stand at room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and both 1/2 cups of pecans.
- Roll each biscuit ball in butter and then in sugar mixture (I usually do a handful of biscuit balls at a time).
- Layer balls in bundt pan; if you have extra butter and sugar mixture, mix together and pour over bread.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and up-end onto serving plate.
- Place icing by spoonfuls on top of hot bread; allow to melt and cover the sides and center of bread; icing will pool in dish, use for dipping.

CINNAMON PULL-APART BREAD FROM SCRATCH
Similar to Monkey bread, but a little different. I have seen so many that utilize pre-made things. I like homemade so here is my take. It looks long, but is actually really simple and worth it in the end - simply delicious.

- Dough:.
- Active yeast in the warm water with the sugar, let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt, oil with the yeast.
- Use dough hook on mixer for 5-6 minutes. OR if by hand, flour a surface and hand and knead for 7-10 minute -- til elastic like.
- Coat a large bowl in oil, place dough in and flip to coat so it doesn't dry out, cover with clean dish cloth.
- Set in a warm place (60-80 degrees) to rise for 1 1/2-2 hours, or til doubled in size. I usually turn my oven on for 2 minutes on the lowest setting then turn off and use it to raise my dough.
- Sauce:.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
- In a small sauce pan heat butter, brown sugar and water.
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- Once dough is risen, punch down. Make small balls of dough about 2-3cm in diameter. Coat in sugar-cinnamon mixture, placing in a bundt pan, and repeat til all your dough is gone.
- Pour heated mixture over dough balls, bake for 25-30 min at 350.

- To partially thaw the rolls, place them in a single layer at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, or just until sliceable. Alternatively, microwave them in defrost mode for 2-3 minutes. While the rolls are defrosting, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Meanwhile, melt 1/2 Tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper and saute until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove to a plate.
- Turn the heat down to medium low and add another 1/2 Tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Whisk together the eggs and milk and pour them into the skillet. Soft scramble the eggs by dragging the spatula through the mixture to create curds. Keep the eggs moving, and remove from heat when eggs are set, but still a bit wet looking. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt the remaining 4 Tablespoons of butter in a medium bowl, and stir in the garlic powder, poppy seeds, Kosher salt, parsley, and onion powder. Use scissors or a knife to quarter the rolls, then toss with the butter mixture.

Combine the milk, water and butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high in 15 second increments until it is very warm, but not hot, 120º to 130ºF. The butter will not melt completely.
