POWER UP BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE



Power up Breakfast Smoothie image

All of the ingredients are mixed together in a blender. The addition of frozen fruit, whole or sliced, adds texture and a nice chill to the drink. The smoothie is chock full of nutrition to get your motor running in the morning. Great for kids and adults on the go!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

12 ounces milk (can use skim, 1%, or Lactaid milk)
4 ounces strawberries
4 ounces cherries
1 sliced banana
4 ounces peaches
1 (8 ounce) container of any flavor yogurt

Steps:

  • Put all the fruit into a blender, pour in the milk and yogurt. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour and enjoy!

1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 small banana, sliced and frozen
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup chopped peeled mango, frozen
1-1/4 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
