ULTIMATE CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350.
• In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients (EXCEPT FOR THE POTATO CHIPS), until the ingredients are well combined.
• Pour into a 9x13 baking pan.
• Top with the crushed potato chips and cover with foil.
• Bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until the chips are lightly browned.
• Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.

POTATO SUPPER CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 180 C or 350 degrees F.
• If you don't like the skin, peel the potatoes, but I like to leave it on.
• Either way, slice them fairly thinly.
• Warm enough oil to cover the bottom of a frying pan, then fry the sliced potatoes in it just long enough to colour them slightly on both sides.
• Lift them out and set them on paper towels.
• Generously butter a shallow baking dish or roasting tin.
• Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
• Layer the potatoes in the buttered dish, scattering the bacon, sage and some salt and pepper inbetween the layers.
• Dot the surface with some knobs of butter, then pour over enough stock to cover.
• Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour or until the potatoes are soft.

POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain and set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. , In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer half the potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers. , Cover and bake until potatoes are tender, 60-65 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes. If desired, garnish with parsley.
