POPPY SEED FRUIT DIP
This is a decadent tasting fruit dip but is actually healthier than most fruit dips. It's especially delicious with strawberries, or even poured over a bowl of raspberries, blueberries, sliced peaches, etc.

This is a nice twist to use for shrimp cocktail or brushed on grilled shrimp k-bobs. I'm sure there are many other uses as well. Enjoy. :)

POPPY SEED DRESSING
Better than store-bought for sure. Quick and easy to make! I like to serve this with romaine/spinach lettuce greens, fresh sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, toasted glazed almonds, and red onion. Always a hit with my family!
