Pomegranate Gin Sling Food

POMEGRANATE GIMLETS

Steps:

• At least 1 hour before serving, freeze 6 to 8 martini glasses.
• Combine the gin, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice, pour in the gimlet mixture until the shaker is 3/4 full and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into the frozen glasses and garnish each glass with a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds and a slice of lime.

GIN SLING

Steps:

• Put the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters into a cocktail shaker and add a large handful of ice. Shake to combine and strain into a tall glass filled with more ice.
• Top up with equal parts tonic and soda water, or pine soda. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wedge.

Steps:

• Combine first 4 ingredients; divide evenly between 2 chilled glasses; divide seeds between glasses. Garnish with lime slices.
