POMEGRANATE COSMOS

Steps:

• Combine the vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, and lime juice in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to use. Pour the mixture into frozen martini glasses with a twist of lime peel and serve immediately.

MEZCAL AND POMEGRANATE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the mezcal and pomegranate juice in a glass and add the seltzer. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and orange zest.

POMEGRANATE CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Place fresh pomegranate arils, if using, into a Champagne flute. Pour Champagne into flute, add pomegranate juice and cassis.

POMEGRANATE COSMOPOLITANS

Steps:

• Combine the vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and lime juice in a large pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice, pour the cocktail mixture in, and shake for a full 30 seconds. Pour into martini glasses, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve immediately.

COSMO-STYLE POMEGRANATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour the vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.

POMEGRANATE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine vodka, seltzer, Triple Sec, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker over ice; shake. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with pomegranate seeds. Save leftover fruit for nibbling.

POMEGRANATE HOLIDAY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill 2 highball glasses and a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Add vodka, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and orange-flavored liqueur to the cocktail shaker and secure the lid. Place one hand on the lid and one hand on the shaker and shake vigorously for a slow count of 10, or until the outside of the shaker frosts up. Divide cocktail between the prepared glasses. Top with soda water and pomegranate seeds and stir before serving.

POMEGRANATE MOLASSES

Steps:

• Bring the pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer until the juice has reduced to 1 1/2 cups, about 1 hour. Stir the molasses frequently as it thickens to keep it from burning. When the molasses is done, allow it to cool to room temperature, then pour into a glass storage container, and keep in the refrigerator.

POMEGRANATE AND MINT COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice, vodka and lemon juice. Tear the mint into small pieces and add to the pitcher. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
• For each serving, fill a highball glass halfway with ice. Fill three-fourths with the cocktail, then top the glass with soda water. Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
