Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In the prepared baking dish (or in a separate bowl), stir together uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, about ¾ of the package of pepperoni, and salt. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove dish from oven, take off cover, and give the pasta a stir. At this point it should be almost done, but still a bit firm ("al dente").
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and place remaining pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Return the dish to the oven and bake, uncovered, for about 5-10 more minutes (or until cheese is melted and pasta is tender).
- Garnish with optional grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired

Steps:
- Gather your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Combine 2 cups of mozzarella cheese with the softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, basil, and salt in a large bowl. Stir until completely blended and the ingredients are evenly incorporated into each other.
- Spread the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. A slightly smaller dish will work as well, but the bake time may vary.
- Pour the pizza sauce all over the top of the cheese mixture, then gently spread to cover.
- Top the sauce with the remaining mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the chopped pepperoni all over.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters.
- Roll each biscuit into a ball, then place on top of the cheese and sauce mixture.
- Place the butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl, then microwave until the butter is fully melted, about 30 seconds. Stir in the remaining Parmesan cheese to combine.
- Brush about 3/4 of the butter mixture over the top of the each roll. Bake on the lower oven rack, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until the the rolls are golden brown.
- Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil, then continue to bake for another 40 minutes or until the cheese layer is completely melted and gooey, and the rolls are baked through.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then brush with the remaining garlic butter. Serve and enjoy.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Heat the sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook, stirring to break up the sausage into small crumbles, until browned and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Transfer the sausage to paper towels to drain and return the skillet to medium heat.
- Heat the oil in the skillet, then add the mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the bell pepper and onions and cook, stirring, until lightly caramelized and soft, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and stir in the olives.
- Roll the dough into a 20-by-14-inch rectangle on a lightly floured work surface. Starting on the shorter end of the dough, arrange the pepperoni slices, ham strips and cooked sausage evenly over half the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on the sides, then spoon the marinara sauce evenly over the meat. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the sauce, then scatter the cooked vegetables evenly over the cheese. Working from the short side, tightly roll the dough up, jelly roll-style, into a log. Pinch the open seams together to seal, then tuck them underneath the log.
- Transfer the log to the prepared baking sheet, brush with the egg wash and sprinkle with the garlic powder. Bake until the bread is golden brown, about 40 minutes.
- Let the bread cool for at least 10 minutes. Halve the bread lengthwise, cut each half crosswise into 4 equal pieces and serve warm.

WORLD'S EASIEST BREAD MACHINE PIZZA DOUGH
Borrowed from a handful of other pizza dough recipes and tweaked to yield a tasty, thick crust using a bread machine. If you use a pizza stone, sprinkle it with cornmeal before placing the pizza on it to help keep it from sticking. Feel free to try different spices if you don't like any of the ones in this recipe.

MY "BEST EVER" BREADMAKER PIZZA DOUGH

Steps:
- MEASURE all ingredients except cornmeal into bread pan in order listed; Select dough setting.
- REMOVE dough to lightly floured surface and cover with plastic wrap; Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- SPRINKLE cornmeal on large 16 inch pizza pan or on a pizza stone and press dough into pizza shape; Cover with a towel and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- SPREAD with desired sauce, seasonings and toppings.
- BAKE at 425F for 20-30 minutes; I like to partially bake the pizza on a pan for about 8 minutes and then transfer it to a hot pizza stone sprinkled with the cornmeal for the remainder of the cooking time.
- I find by baking it initially on the pan it is easier to transfer to a pizza stone thus maintaining its large size.
PIZZA DUMP
This is a simple & easy one from "Vaught's Cooking", my mom's church (Vaught Chapel) cookbook. It's really good, (I add garlic and Italian seasoning to the spaghetti sauce to taste).

NO-MESS PIZZA BREAD IN A BAG
Steps:
- For the dough: Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Add the sugar, yeast, 1 cup of the flour and 1 cup warm water to a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Press down to remove excess air from the bag. Close the bag tightly and squish the ingredients in the bag until well mixed. Let the bag sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Add the butter, oil, salt and another cup of flour to the bag, close the bag and mix well. Add the last cup of flour and mix again until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the dough begins to pull away from the bag.
- For the topping: Mix together the pepperoni and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Pour the dough out of the bag onto a lightly floured surface. Gently knead the dough until it comes together and is not sticking to the board. Using your fingers, flatten out the dough into a circle about an inch in thickness. Sprinkle the pepperoni mixture on top of the dough. Gently roll the dough (like a burrito) to make the shape of a loaf. Tuck the sides of the dough under to keep the pepperoni mixture inside. Place the dough seam-side down into the prepared loaf pan and cover with a kitchen towel. Let the dough rest and rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Once the dough has risen, remove the towel, top with the shredded cheese and bake until golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in the pan. Serve the bread with warm pizza sauce.

This moist, cheesy bread is a fun appetizer that I also use to complement Italian meals and main-dish salads.
