6 to 8 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cans (6 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (5 Count)
40 small slices pepperoni (about 3 oz)
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 20 pieces
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cups Muir Glen™ organic pizza sauce, heated

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup fluted tube pan with CRISCO® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray. In small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Separate 2 cans of dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each into 3-inch round. Place 2 pepperoni slices in center of each biscuit round. Top each with piece of mozzarella cheese. Bring dough up around filling; press edge to seal and shape each into ball. Roll in butter mixture; place 10 balls in pan.
  • Sprinkle dough balls with Parmesan cheese. Repeat with remaining 2 cans of biscuits, placing balls over balls in pan. Pour remaining butter mixture over top.
  • Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Gently loosen bread from sides of pan. Place large heatproof plate upside down over pan; turn plate and pan over. Remove pan. Serve warm with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
2 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Cut each biscuit into quarters; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with the beef mixture. , Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes longer. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

My local Pathmark supermarket carries frozen pizza dough which I always keep in my freezer. I just defrost it for a few hours and then begin my recipe. Number Of Ingredients 12

Glicks Nonstick Cooking Spray
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Gefen Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 pounds fresh or frozen pizza dough, thawed
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Pizza Sauce or other pizza sauce from a jar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray the tube pan with nonstick cooking spray. Make sure to spray the tube as well. Set aside.
  • Place the butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Place in the microwave for one minute to melt. You can also do this in a small pot over low heat.
  • With your garlic press, mince the two cloves of garlic into the butter. Add the oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir with a spoon to combine.
  • With a sharp knife, carefully divide the dough into 40 small balls.
  • Flatten one of the balls and place some of the mozzarella into the center of it. Roll the dough up around the cheese to enclose it. Do this with all 40 balls.
  • Dip each ball into the butter/spice mixture and place into the prepared tube pan.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan over the dough balls. Drizzle on any extra butter mixture.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes then carefully lift the tube from the sides of the pan.
  • Place the tube on a serving plate.
  • Warm the pizza sauce in a small pot over medium heat. Serve the pizza bubble ring warm with the pizza sauce.

24 oz two 12 oz cans, or Butter Tastin' Pillsbury Flaky Layers Biscuits Buttermilk
40 slices small slices pepperoni
8 oz cut into 20 pieces mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 ¼ cups heated pizza sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup fluted tube pan with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Press or roll each piece into a 3-inch round. Place 2 pepperoni slices in the center of each biscuit round.
  • Top each with a piece of mozzarella cheese and bring the dough up around the filling. Press edges to seal and shape each into a ball.
  • Roll the dough balls in butter mixture and place them in the sprayed pan. Sprinkle dough with Parmesan cheese.
