3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package (8 ounces) milk chocolate English toffee bits, divided
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in cream until blended. Fold in whipped topping and 1 cup toffee bits. , Spoon into crust; sprinkle with remaining toffee bits. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

My son absolutely LOVES this pie. There is only one word he uses to describe this tasty treat......... OMGoodness, SCRUMPTIOUS, AMAZING, SINFUL, AWESOME, DELICIOUS, FANTASTIC, UNBELIEVABLE! LOL

1 - graham cracker pie crust
1-8 oz package(s) softened cream cheese
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) half & half
1-8 oz - container of whipped topping
1 1/4 cup(s) toffee bits, or candy of your choice (butterfingers workd great too!)

Steps:

  • Beat together cream cheese and sugar till smooth.
  • Blend in Half & Half till combined.
  • FOLD in whipped topping, then fold in 1 cup toffee bits.
  • Pour or scoop mixture into graham crust. Sprinkle with remaining toffee.
  • Cover and freeze overnight. This can be frozen and stored in your freezer for up to 1 month!

2/3 cup salted butter, cut into pieces
1 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
  • Combine the butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook until the mixture reaches 305F on an instant-read thermometer (hard-crack stage). Stir occasionally.
  • Remove from the heat and pour onto the parchment, spreading thinly.
  • Cool completely - about 4 hours - then break into bits.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
¼ cup water
2 cups whole milk
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup white sugar
2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
2 egg whites
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup toffee baking bits
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 tablespoons crushed toffee candy

Steps:

  • Sprinkle gelatin over water and set aside for 5 minutes to soften.
  • Combine milk, salt, and 4 tablespoons sugar (reserve remaining sugar). Stir until dissolved. Whisk in beaten egg yolks, and heat custard in a double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Stir in vanilla and toffee chunks.
  • In a clean bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding the remainder of the sugar. Fold into custard.
  • Pour filling into pie shell. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Sprinkle top with toffee bits before serving.

1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package M&M's
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in cream until blended. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Crush m&m's in a food processer or put them in two ziplock and roll over them with a rolling pin. Fold candies into previous mixture.
  • Spoon mixture into crust. Sprinkle with extra candies. Cover and freeze over night. Remove from freezer 10 min before serving time.
