PERFECT POTATOES AU GRATIN

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a large baking dish with the butter.
- Slice the potatoes into sticks, and then cut the sticks to create a dice.
- Combine the cream and milk in a bowl. Add the flour, salt and some pepper. Whisk it together well so that the flour is incorporated into the milk/cream mixture. Add the diced potatoes to the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy mixture all over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes more. Just before serving, sprinkle on the grated cheese and return it to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle on the green onions and serve it hot. Creamy, dreamy and divine.
ROSEMARY POTATOES
Steps:
- Put a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. Put the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sage, thyme and some salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes on the hot baking sheet (they should sizzle when they hit the pan) and roast until the potatoes are browned and fork-tender, about 40 minutes. Serve warm.
PIONEER WOMAN CREAMY ROSEMARY POTATOES

Steps:
- Coat 9x13 baking pan in butter
- Sliced potatoes
- Mix half and half cream and heavy cream
- Pour half of the crem over potatoes and let soak
- Melt butter in pan over med heat
- Add onions and garlic and cook until translucent
- Cut cream cheese block in half and add to onions and garlic. Stir about 3 min until smooth
- Add rest of cream mixture
- Add salt and pepper and stir
- Add rosemary and green onions
- Add 1/2 cup cheese
- Put potatoes in pan and cover with cheese sauce
- Cover with half cup of cheese
- Bake 1 hour
- Sprinkle with chives and serve

PIONEER WOMAN'S CREAMY HERBED POTATOES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice potatoes very thinly.
- Add butter to a large skillet over medium low heat, When melted, add diced onion. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese to the pan and stir to melt. Pour in cream and milk, stirring to combine. Season with plenty of salt and pepper, then add chopped herbs.
- Place potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Pour contents of skillet over the top. Top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until bubbly. Allow potatoes to sit 15 minutes before serving.
