ANGINETTI CREAM PUFFS
This recipe was given to me by a friend at church many years ago. Every time I take it to a potluck people rave about it and want the recipe! I usually make 2 batches at a time. Anginetti, which are made by Stella Doro, are sometimes hard to find...but they really make the recipe stand out and are necessary for the best results....

Steps:
- Let the cream cheese set out at room temperature so you can mix it better.
- Take the cream cheese, the Cool Whip and the crushed pineapple into a bowl. Mix together with a mixer or by hand until slightly smooth. The only thing you should see in the mix is the crushed pineapple.
- Cut the Stella Dora Puffs in half. Take your mixture and spoon in the middle of the Stella Dora Puffs and top the remaining mixture with the other half of the puff you had cut off when you had cut the Stella Dora Puffs in half.
