Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange baguette slices on two large rimmed baking sheets; brush both sides with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until golden, 15 to 20 minutes (if undersides are not browning, turn crostini over once during baking). Let cool on baking sheets. Top crostini with desired toppings, and serve.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brush the bread on both sides with the olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake until crusty and brown, about 10 to 12 minutes. Turn once about halfway through cooking, and dust with Parmesan, if using. Serve hot, warm, or room temperature.

Crostini Three Ways - Stracchino and spinach, garlic and cannellini bean and Prosciutto, Pecorino cheese with truffles drizzled in honey. These three easy crostini are they perfect party food.

- Put a griddle pan on a high heat. Cut the ciabatta into 18 slices and drizzle each side of bread with the 1 tbsp of olive oil. Place on the griddle pan until toasted and slightly charred on each side ( do this in batcheset aside on a chopping board or large plate.
- To make the stracchino and spinach crostini put a medium sized pan on a medium heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Finely chop the garlic clove and add to the pan, fry for 30 seconds. Roughly chop the spinach and add to the pan, add 1tbsp of water if it sticks this will help it wilt. Once the spinach is wilted sprinkle with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice and set aside to cool.
- Spread 6 slices of toasted bread generously with stracchino cheese then top with spinach.
- For the cannellini bean Crostini add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a pan under a low heat. Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan, fry for 1 minute. Add the cannellini beans and start to roughly mash them with a fork. Add the lemon zest, salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Add another tbsp of oil and mash everything together, spread on 6 slices of toasted bread topped with a little basil.
- For the last Crostini simply top 6 slices of toasted bread with Prosciutto, cheese and drizzle over some honey, sprinkle with pepper.

- Set the oven to broil at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil, butter and garlic. Set over medium heat, and cook until butter has melted and the mixture starts to bubble. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.
- Dip each slice of bread into the garlic mixture, turning to coat each side. Place Parmesan cheese on a plate. Press one side of each piece of bread into the cheese, and place cheese side up on a baking sheet.
- Broil on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 8 minutes, or until golden brown.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the olive oil onto a large baking sheet.
- 3. Slice baguettes crosswise in 1/2-inch slices and lay slices in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over slices. Sprinkle slices evenly with salt and bake until crispy and golden brown, approximately 20-25 minutes.
HOW TO MAKE CROSTINI
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice bread diagonally into 1/4" thick slices or to desired thickness.
- Lightly brush both sides of each crostini slice with OLIVE OIL or use olive oil spray.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake 5-7 minutes, remove from oven, flip crostini slices over and bake another 5-7 minutes until crispy and browned to your liking.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- To store, allow crostini to cool completely and store in an airtight container up to 5 days at room temperature.
