Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine that flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Place the peanut butter in a medium bowl and microwave at high power to soften, 5 to 10 seconds. Whisk in the milk, then stir the mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Shape the dough into a long, flattened log and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes; remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice the log crosswise on an angle into 1-inch-thick pieces. Set the slices on their sides (they should look like biscotti) and bake until crisp, 10 to 12 minutes more. Transfer to a rack to cool.
- Melt the carob in a microwave or on the stovetop over low heat. Thin the melted carob with 1 tablespoon water, if needed. Using a spoon, drizzle the melted carob over the biscuits. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Heat a large pot of water for noodles. When water boils, salt it and add pasta to cook to al dente or with a bite to it.
- While pasta cooks, heat a large, deep skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons vegetable or peanut oil. Add garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, and pepper flakes to the pan and cook together a couple of minutes, then add peanut butter and melt it. Whisk soy into peanut butter, then stir in pumpkin and curry paste. The sauce will be very thick. Turn down the heat to low. Add a ladle or 2 of pasta cooking water to thin sauce a bit and simmer over low heat. Adjust salt, to taste.
- Heat a small to medium skillet over high heat. Pour the five-spice powder onto a plate with some salt. Press both sides of the shrimp and scallops into the powder. Add 3 tablespoons of remaining oil to hot skillet. Place the shrimp in the pan and cook 1 minute, flip and sear the other side until just opaque. Remove shrimp to a plate and set aside. Add another 3 tablespoons of oil to the skillet and heat back up to smoking. Add the scallops and sear on both sides until opaque. Remove scallops and add to the plate of shrimp.
- Drain pasta and return pasta to the pot. Add the curry-pumpkin sauce and toss thoroughly. Serve noodles on 4 plated and top with scallions and seafood.
PEANUT BUTTER SESAME NOODLES
I highly recommend using a natural peanut butter for this recipe. You'll get a richer, more peanuty flavor without the extra sweetener. This is great for a dinner-for-two and you'll have leftovers for lunch the next day!

Steps:
- Mix the first 8 ingredients together in a nonreactive bowl and set aside.
- Cook your noodles in a large pot of boiling water, following the directions on the package (probably for 3-5 minutes). Drain and rinse well with cold water. Return to pot and mix noodles with 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
- If you want to eat your noodles cold, let them cool in the oil before mixing the peanut sauce with them. This will help the flavors stay bright. If you're eating them right away, mix the peanut sauce in right away and enjoy. Sprinkle sesame seeds on individual portions for extra flavor and crunch.
PEANUTTY SESAME NOODLES
After watching Rachael Ray prepare her cold sesame noodles on TV, I tried it out myself and ended up tweaking it a bit before I was done. These noodles are usually half eaten before they get a chance to cool down!

BIG FAT SPICY SATE NOODLES (FROM RACHAEL RAY)
This dish is really amazing and super yummy. I did cut back a little on the red pepper flakes because it was pretty spicy, and I did not have the peanuts or cilantro, but its still a great recipe. You could also use spaghetti id you don't have Bucatini. Its from Rachael Ray!

PEANUT BUTTER SESAME CHICKEN
This has an amazing taste, and the kids love it. Just has a hint of the peanutbutter that really enhances the taste. It has a good nip to it. Little spicey, but it is wonderful.
