1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
¾ cup white sugar
1 ½ cups peanut butter
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the peanut butter. Fold in 1 container of whipped topping. Spread filling in baked pie shell. Chill for 1 hour.
  • Spread top with remaining container of whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup confectioners' sugar
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
15 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Steps:

  • Mix the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and peanut butter together until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Place the remaining whipped topping over the top of the peanut butter mixture and garnish with the peanut butter cups. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

25 whole chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreos
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
One 8-ounce package whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:

  • For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Crush the cookies until they're fine crumbs. Pour the melted butter over the top and stir with a fork to combine. Press into a pie pan and bake until set, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  • For the filling: Beat the peanut butter with the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add in the thawed whipped topping and beat until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  • Pour the filling into the crust, evening out the top with a knife or spatula. Chill for at least an hour before serving.

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 pastry shell (9 inches), baked
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups whole milk
3 large eggs, separated
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place confectioners' sugar in a small bowl. Cut in peanut butter until crumbly. Spread half of mixture in pastry shell. , In a large saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch. Stir in milk until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount of hot filling into egg yolks; return all to pan, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from the heat. Gently stir in butter and vanilla; set aside., In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Spread reserved custard evenly over peanut butter mixture. Spread meringue over hot filling, sealing edges to crust. Sprinkle with reserved peanut butter mixture. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until the meringue is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

25 Oreos
4 tbsp melted butter
225g Peanut butter
225g Creamy cheese (Philadelphia)
175g Icing sugar
225g Whipped cream

Steps:

  • Crumb Oreos and mix with melted butter
  • Press into pie dish to form crust and cook for 5 - 7 minutes at 175C/fan
  • Beat peanut butter with creamy cheese until smooth.
  • Add icing sugar then whipped cream, beating until smooth.

Steps:

  • Make the crust: Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Have a nonstick standard 9-inch pie plate ready, or generously butter a 9-inch standard pie plate. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, flour and salt. Add butter, stirring and mashing with a fork, until the crumbs are evenly moistened.

Use a large rubber spatula to gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and smooth the top. Chill uncovered for at least 4 to 6 hours, until filling is set.
  • Make the topping, if using: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and the butter together in short bursts, stirring often. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a small plastic bag, and cut a 1/8-inch hole in one corner. Drizzle the chocolate over the top to make a decorative pattern. (You may have some left over depending on your taste.) Serve immediately.
