1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
6 cups cornflakes

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in cereal. Spread into a greased 13x9-in. pan; press lightly. Let stand until set, about 1 hour.

11 ounces butterscotch chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 1/2 cups corn flakes

Steps:

  • Line baking sheets with waxed paper.
  • Place morsels in large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir.
  • Microwave at additional 10 to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add corn flakes.
  • Stir until coated.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoon onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
