PEANUT BUTTER CANDY BARS
Melted chocolate and butterscotch chips create the candy top for an easy peanut butter bar.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms. Press into pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and butterscotch chips on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Spread evenly over base. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. For bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows.

- Grease a 10x15 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups melted margarine, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Spread in prepared pan.
- Combine 1/2 cup margarine and chocolate chips in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with foil, letting ends extend up sides; coat foil with cooking spray., Microwave butter, sugar and water on high just until mixture comes to a boil, 3-4 minutes; stir until blended. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Whisk in eggs, 1 at a time, stirring well after each addition. Whisk in vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder., Spread into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 18-20 minutes. Cool 30 minutes., For topping, combine sugar, butter and milk in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in marshmallow creme, 1/4 cup peanut butter and vanilla; pour over brownies. Sprinkle with 2 cups peanuts., In a small saucepan, combine caramels and water; cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until blended. Pour over peanuts., Microwave chocolate chips on high until softened, about 1 minute. Stir in remaining peanut butter until smooth; pour over caramel layer. Chop remaining peanuts; sprinkle on top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour., Lifting with foil, remove brownies from pan. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, milk, egg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl. Fold chocolate chips into the batter. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir cookie base ingredients until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In large bowl, beat all filling ingredients except powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy and smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until well blended (filling will be thick). Press filling over cookie base. Refrigerate while preparing caramel layer.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat caramels and 2 tablespoons water over low heat, stirring constantly, until caramels are melted. Stir in peanuts. Spread evenly over filling. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until caramel layer is firm.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once, until melted. Spread evenly over caramel layer. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chocolate is set. For bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows. Store covered at room temperature.

Steps:
- Line two baking sheets with waxed paper.
- Arrange pretzels on baking sheets in rows.
- Put a teaspoon of peanut butter on each pretzel.
- Melt caramels with butter in saucepan over med. heat until melted.
- Put 1/2 - 1 tsp of caramel on each pretzel (depending on your tastes).
- Put in fridge one hour or until hardened.
- Melt chocolate according to package directions.
- Dip each pretzel into chocolate and return to waxed sheets.
- Refridgerate an additional hour.
- Serve.

- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave candy corn in large microwaveble bowl sprayed with cooking spray on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Continue microwaving until candy is completely melted, stirring every 15 sec. Immediately stir in peanut butter and crushed cereal until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press firmly onto bottom of foil-lined 8-inch square pan; cool completely.
- Use foil handles to remove cereal mixture from pan; cut into 32 bars. Melt chocolate as directed on package. Dip bars in chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate coating is firm.
