EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FROZEN YOGURT

Steps:

• Mix the Nesquik with the yogurt in a bowl with a whisk or fork until fully blended.
• 3 tablespoons of peanut butter is an estimate-- it's approximately how much I use. Feel free to use as much or little as you want. But it should be cold and "cuttable" if it's the natural type, like it'll retain its shape after you drop it in the yogurt.
• Mix some clumps of peanut butter of varying size into the yogurt.
• Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins or little containers, or one big one, whatever you prefer. I like about 4 1/2-cup servings. Cover each one with plastic wrap to prevent freezerburn, and let freeze for at least 90 minutes prior to eating.

DREAMY PEANUT BUTTER FROZEN YOGURT

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla; set aside.
• In a small bowl, gradually add milk to dry whipped topping mix; stir or whisk until well mixed.
• Gradually whisk into peanut butter mixture; then add yogurt.
• Freeze:.
• (pour and freeze prepared yogurt in an 8 inch square baking pan, cover with foil; freeze until solid (1-2 hours) break frozen mixture into pieces and process in food processor just until soft. Optional- repeat freezing and beating 1-2 more times).
• OR (pour prepared yogurt into a metal mixer bowl, cover with foil; Freeze 2 hours or until firm at edges and semi-soft in centre; beat with electric mixer on med-high until soft; Optional- repeat freezing and mixing 1-2 more times).
• OR use your ice cream maker.
• Yield 1 quart (8 servings).

PEANUT BUTTER AND BAILEYS® FROZEN YOGURT

Steps:

• Combine yogurt, sugar, peanut butter, Irish cream liqueur, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Refrigerate yogurt mixture until chilled, 30 to 45 minutes.
• Process yogurt mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturers' instructions for churning.
