Peachy Keen Milkshake Food

PEACHY KEEN MILKSHAKE

Steps:

• 1. Let the ice cream soften for a few minutes before blending.
• 2. Using a blender or food processor, blend the ice cream, peaches, and milk together until smooth.
• 3. Pour mixture into two frozen glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
• 4. For a change, try using frozen strawberries, pineapple or raspberries instead of peaches. Or, for a real treat, substitute peach ice cream for vanilla.

ROSEMARY-DIJON PORK CHOPS

Steps:

• Heat oven to 425°F.
• Mix coating mix and rosemary in shallow dish.
• Spread chops with mustard.
• Coat both sides of each chop with coating mixture.
• Bake in foil-lined pan 15 min. or until done (145°F). Let stand 3 min. before serving.

PEACHY KEEN SMOOTHIES

Steps:

• Puree the peaches, cottage cheese, milk, honey, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, the nutmeg and 2 cups ice in a blender until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Divide among glasses and sprinkle with more nutmeg.
