Peach White Wine Sangria Food
WHITE WINE PEACH SANGRIA
One of many variations of this famous Spanish style wine punch. Clipped several years ago from Bon Appetit magazine. I haven't tried this yet. Cook time is actually chilling time.

- Stir together wine, brandy, thawed lemonade concentrate, and sugar until sugar has dissolved.
- Add fruit and chill for 2 hours, or until very cold.
- Serve chilled over ice.
PERFECT PEACH WHITE SANGRIA
I started with Bobby Flay's Peach Sangria recipe, and made it a little better, I think, and easier! My husband, who doesn't even like white wine, loves this.

- Pour white wine, peach nectar, triple sec, orange juice, pineapple juice, and peach schnapps into a 2-quart pitcher and stir to mix. Chill for 3 to 4 hours, if possible.
- Pour over ice in tall glasses and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh peach slices and pineapple.

SWEET WHITE PEACH SANGRIA
This recipe originally started out from Food Network's Bobby Flay. After the first pitcher disappeared, in no time flat, I began to adapt (and perfect) this refreshing summer drink that left my guests not only asking for more, but for the recipe. I increased the amount of triple sec and peach schnapps, since I would add in club soda- to give a refreshing effervescent fizz to my drig. You can easily adapt this recipe to suit your personal preferences by using either a white wine (like a Sauvignon Blanc) or even a White Zinfandel works, too.

- Place all ingredients in a pitcher and stir to mix.
- Refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 48 hours.
- To serve you can add club soda to the entire pitcher, so give the sangria a "fizz". I prefer to pour about â..." club soda in a glass filled with plenty of ice, and then pour the sangria. Serve with a slice of fresh orange, for color.
- Very refreshing. I recommend keeping extra wine on hand, as my guests wanted more...and more. Chilling this for at least 8 hours is good, but making it at the last minute works fine... color and fruity flavor won't be as rich, if the drink isn't chilled quite long enough.

- Combine the wine, Simple Syrup, orange juice and rum in a pitcher. Add the raspberries and peaches and stir. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour and up to 24. Serve over ice. Add a peach slice and mint for garnish and enjoy!
- Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.

AMAZING PEACH SANGRIA
This peach white wine sangria is light and refreshing and so easy to make. I've tried many and I keep coming back to this one. The frozen strawberries and grapes keep the sangria cold without diluting it.

Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, then pour through a medium-mesh sieve into a heatproof pitcher, discarding basil leaves. Stir in wine, peach, remaining can nectar, and basil sprigs. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour and up to 24. Serve over ice.
