- In a large bowl, whisk 1¾ cups of flour, 2 tablespoon sugar, 3 teaspoon baking powder and ¼ teaspoon salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk ¾ cup of creamy peanut butter and ½ cup canola oil until combined.
- Add 2 large eggs and 1¾ cups of milk and whisk to combine.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Fold in 1 cup of mashed bananas.
- Bake in a hot waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden.
- Enjoy warm with any of your favorite toppings!

- Mash the banana in your mixer bowl or food processor. Add the peanut butter and milk powder. Add the flour and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Dough should be stiff, if not add a little additional flour until it is. (Flour amount is going to depend on size of banana used, mine was almost a cup of mashed banana)
- Sprinkle flour on counter. Roll out dough until a 1/4 inch thick. Cut out with a cookie cutter and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. You can bake a little longer if desired. My biscuits stayed soft with this baking time.

- For the pizza: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Grease a 12-inch cast-iron skillet with the oil. Place the pizza dough in the center and spread evenly to cover the bottom and 1 inch up the sides. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the dough followed by the marinara sauce. Sprinkle with the mozzarella followed by the pepperoni and then the jalapeno.
- Bake until the cheese melts and browns and the edges are crisp, about 20 minutes. (This is a good time to start the salad.) Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes, then drizzle with hot honey before serving.
- For the salad: Whisk together the vinegar, garlic, mustard, honey, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pinch of black pepper and the oil in a medium bowl until combined. Set aside and let the garlic infuse the dressing, about 5 minutes. Remove the garlic and add the lettuce, radicchio if using, tomatoes, pepperoncini and onion; lightly toss to coat in the dressing. Serve with the pizza.

Place 1/2 cup butter and the unsweetened chocolate in heavy 3-qt. saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Cool. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the sugar. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 10" springform pan (a 9" pan will work as well; the brownie will be slightly thicker).
- Mix brownie mix, butter, egg, oil, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the pan and spread in an even layer.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a tooth pick or cake tester comes out clean with just a few fudgy crumbs stuck to it.
- While the brownie pizza is cooling, make the icing.
- With a standing mixer or hand held mixer, mix melted butter and peanut butter together until well combined. Add in powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add in vanilla extract, salt, and 4 Tbsp of milk. Mix.
- If the peanut butter icing is too thick, add in another Tbsp of milk.

- Allow the icing to set before slicing into the pizza (about 10 minutes or so).
