Steps:
- Cook pasta as directed on package, adding frozen pea pods to the cooking water with the pasta. Drain well; transfer to large serving bowl.
- Meanwhile, spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. In skillet, cook turkey, bell pepper, garlic and gingerroot 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until turkey is no longer pink in center and bell pepper is crisp-tender.
- Toss turkey mixture, pasta and pea pods. Sprinkle with onions and sesame seed.

- Heat the oil in a large, high-sided skillet or Dutch oven over medium high heat until it shimmers and then add the ground turkey with 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon ground cumin, the oregano, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and the crushed red pepper. Break up the turkey with the spices and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion, red bell pepper, and pressed garlic and cook for another 5 minutes or until the turkey is browned and the veggies soften.
- Add the canned tomatoes with green chiles to the skillet or pot with the rest of the kosher salt, cumin, black pepper, chili powder and stir.
- Add the penne pasta and cover with the chicken broth, bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer, cover and cook until the pasta is just tender, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cream and fold in the spinach and cook until the spinach wilts, taste for seasoning and top with the shredded cheese.
- Garnish with the chopped cilantro, sit back and watch the forks fly!

- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add celery, onions, broccoli and carrots; cook and stir 10-12 minutes or until onions are tender. Add garlic, parsley, tarragon and seasonings; cook 1 minute longer., Add mushrooms and peas; cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in turkey, broth, soup, yogurt, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Add pasta; toss to combine and heat through. Freeze option: Freeze cooled pasta mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. ASIAN BOW-TIE PASTA SALAD WITH SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES
Steps:
- Whisk first 6 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer half of dressing to large bowl. Mix in shrimp and bell peppers; let marinate 15 minutes.
- Cook broccoli stems and florets in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer broccoli to sieve and drain. Cook pasta in same pot of boiling water until just tender but still firm to bite. Drain; rinse with cold water until cool and drain again.
- Add broccoli, pasta and green onions to shrimp mixture. Toss with enough additional dressing to coat. Serve at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours and serve cold.

- 1. Prepare the chicken (bake 3 bone-in, skin-on breasts at 350 for about an hour, cool, remove skin and bone OR saute 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts OR use leftover chicken) and cut into bite-size pieces.
- 2. Dice zucchini, yellow squash, and red pepper. Melt and heat about 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large frying pan or wok. Saute the vegetables until tender. Add the garlic and saute for 3 more minutes.
- 3. Add chicken broth and heat until liquid is starting to bubble. Add the corn starch and cold water and stir. (Add more if you want the sauce thicker.) Add the lemon juice.
- 4. Add the basil, chicken, and pasta and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese and stir. Serve with some cheese sprinkled on top.
