Passion Fruit Punch Food

HURRICANE PASSION PUNCH

Steps:

• Mix the passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, light rum, orange juice, dark rum, grenadine and almond extract together in a 2-gallon container. Chill until ready to serve. Pour the punch into a large punch bowl for serving. Serve in glasses filled with ice. Garnish with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry.

PASSION FRUIT PUNCH

Steps:

• 1. Blend passion fruit pulp in a blender or with an immersion blender. Add a little water if necessary - just enough to get it to blend. If you're adding the rum, use this instead of water to help it blend.
• 2. Strain out the crushed seeds if you want to do so. I don't.
• 3. Mix it all together in a punch bowl with ice.
• 4. Taste for sweetness and adjust as needed. Some ginger beers are WAAAY too sweet for my taste. Others are balanced. Stir gently if you add a sweetener so not to disturb the carbonation too much.

PASSION FRUIT MARTINI

Steps:

• Scoop the seeds from one of the passion fruits into the glass of a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, passoa, lime juice and sugar syrup. Add a handful of ice and shake well, strain into 2 martini glasses, top up with prosecco, then add half a passion fruit to each. Serve immediately.

PASSIONFRUIT PUNCH

Steps:

• Pour half the orange juice into ice-cube trays and freeze overnight.
• Cut passionfruit in half and scoop out pulp with a teaspoon. Combine with juices and lemonade in a jug. Serve over orange-juice ice-cubes.

PASSION FRUIT CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Divide nectar and bitters between 2 chilled champagne flutes. Add champagne. Drop 2 berries into each drink. Garnish with orange.

MANGO, PASSION FRUIT AND BANANA PUNCH

Steps:

• Peel ripe mangoes and remove flesh from flat, oval seeds with a sharp knife.
• Cut flesh into cubes and transfer to a blender.
• Add passion-fruit purée or nectar, bananas and rum to blender and blend to a chunky purée, about 30 seconds.
• Pour into four 12-oz. glasses.
• Garnish each with an orange slice or lime slice or kiwifruit or sugar cane, if you like.

PASSION PUNCH

Steps:

• Stir together passion fruit juice, ginger ale, vodka, peach nectar, and nectarines in a large punch bowl to blend. Add ice and serve.
