Creamy tropical Pineapple Fluff whips up in minutes to create a dreamy cool pineapple dessert that's sweet, tart, fluffy, and creamy in every bite.

1 can crushed pineapple ((20 ounces))
1 box vanilla instant pudding ((3.4 ounces))
1 container whipped topping ((8 ounces))
1½ cups mini marshmallows
½ cup crushed pecans
¼ cup maraschino cherries (halved and patted dry)

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple and pudding mix. Stir to combine, and set aside for 5 minutes to set.
Once set, fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, pecans, and cherries.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until chilled.

3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix, ((or coconut cream instant pudding))
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, (do not drain)
8 ounce tub Cool Whip (whipped topping), (thawed)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut, (optional)
½ cup chopped pecans

Steps:

In a large bowl, stir together pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple.
Gently stir in COOL WHIP, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Chill for a couple of hours before serving.

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and reserved juice. Stir in pineapple, marshmallows and pecans. Serve immediately.

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400°. Mix pretzels, melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Press into a 13x9-in. pan. Bake 7 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until creamy.
