Passion Fruit Martini Food

PASSION FRUIT MARTINIS

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients except orange peel twist in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with orange peel twist.

PASSION FRUIT MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with star fruit or orange slice.

RASPBERRY & PASSION FRUIT MARTINI

Steps:

• Put 2 martini glasses in the freezer for 5 mins to chill. Mix the vodka, raspberry liqueur, passion fruit juice and a handful of ice in a jug or cocktail shaker.
• Strain into the glasses and float ½ a passion fruit on the top of each, if you like.

ALCOHOL-FREE PASSION FRUIT MARTINI

Steps:

• Scoop the flesh from four of the passion fruit halves into a cocktail shaker. Add the lemon juice, egg white, spirit and syrup and shake vigorously until frothy.
• Add the ice, then shake again until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Double strain into martini glasses (see tip below).
• Top up the martinis with the grape juice and garnish with the remaining passion fruit halves.
