- Heat cream in a saucepan and lightly boil until it's half its original volume, being careful not to scorch. Stir in Parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Lower heat and keep warm while you prepare the steak and shrimp. Season the steak to your preference. Grill either inside or outside, until done to your liking. Heat the butter in a small saute pan. Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Saute until cooked through, and lightly browned, about 4-6 minutes. Place the grilled steak on the plate, top with the sautéed shrimp and Parmesan sauce.

- Preheat your grill. Tenderize the streak with a meat tenderizer, and season it with season salt and garlic powder. Clean the shrimp, and take off the tails if necessary. Juice the lemon and crush the garlic. Put the steaks on the grill. Turn over after 4-5 minutes, when it's brown with grill marks. While the steak is grilling, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp to the pan, and cook until pink. Remove the shrimp from the pan. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the crushed garlic. When the garlic is fragrant, add the lemon juice and cream. Once the sauce start to simmer, stir in the parmesan cheese. Turn the heat to low, and let the sauce thicken. After turning over the steaks, cook to desired doneness (Medium Rare: 3-5 minutes, Medium: 5-7 minutes, Medium Well: 8-10 minutes). Let the steak rest about 5 minutes before serving. While the steak is resting, remove the parmesan sauce from the heat. Serve the steak topped with shrimp, parmesan sauce and extra parmesan. Enjoy.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch glass casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix ingredients together. Add shrimp and shake to coat.
- Lay shrimp flat in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with any bread crumb mixture remaining in the bag. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until starting to crisp, 15 to 20 minutes. Switch to broil setting until topping is light brown, 2 to 3 minutes.

- Open the shrimp up like a book and remove the dark vein.
- In a zip lock bag, place flour seasoned with salt and old bay toss in shrimp and shake to coat.
- Remove shrimp; to the same bag with the rest of the flour add panko, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl whisk well eggs and mayonnaise.
- Dip floured shrimp into egg mixture then bread crumbs.
- In a large heavy bottom pan heat oil.
- Brown shrimp in batches and drain on paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Spread 1/3 the sauce on bottom.
- Spread cook pasta on top of sauce.
- Spoon 1/3 sauce on pasta.
- Lay shrimp in a baking dish 1 layer.
- Sprinkle with with mozzarella cheese.
- Top with rest of sauce.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 350 degree oven till cheese is melted.
- About 15-20 minutes.
STEAK AND SHRIMP SPECIAL
Steps:
- Preheat a grill to high. Alternatively, preheat a broiler to high. Season the steaks liberally with the steak seasoning on both sides. Cook the steaks over high heat to order: about 2 minutes on each side for rare, 2 1/2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, 3 1/2 minutes on each side for medium, and 4 1/2 minutes on each side for medium well. Halfway through the cooking time on each side, turn each steak 45 degrees to make grill marks.
- Add half the clarified butter to a large skillet and heat over high heat. Add the shrimp skewers and cook the shrimp on both sides until they are opaque throughout, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Fill a deep fryer with oil and heat it to 350 degrees F. Alternatively, heat oil in a large, heavy Dutch oven to 350 degrees F; do not fill pan more than halfway full with oil. Drop the fries into the fryer and cook until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain and season the fries with salt.
- To serve, place 1 steak on a plate, top the steak with skewered shrimp, and add some French fries. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with a small dish of clarified butter on the side. Serve immediately.
