8 1/2-inch thick boneless pork chops (around 6 oz each)
2 large eggs (beaten)
3/4 tsp garlic salt (divided plus additional)
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp whole milk
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dry Italian seasoning
1/4 cup butter or light butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Liberally spray a rimmed baking sheet fitted with a baking rack with cooking spray. Line the baking sheet with foil, if desired.Set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, 1/4 tsp garlic salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  • On a plate mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, onion powder and dry Italian seasoning.
  • Season each pork chop lightly with garlic salt, eyeball the amount, to your taste. Dip each into the egg wash.
  • Dredge chops in seasoned breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto each pork chop. Arrange on the baking rack.
  • Drizzle each chop with melted butter. May use more butter, if desired or spritz with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fork tender. To brown further, at the end of baking increase the oven temperature to broil.Turn once to brown both sides evenly.
  • Rest for 5 minutes then serve.

4 boneless New York (top loin) pork chops, about 1-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs, (Japanese-style bread crumbs)
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Brush pork with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes. In a small bowl, mix panko and Parmesan together.
  • Prepare a medium-hot fire in grill. Place chops on grill and close the lid. Grill over direct heat for 4 minutes. Turn chops and sprinkle panko mixture over tops. Close lid and continue grilling for 4-5 minutes more, or until the topping is lightly browned and the internal temperature of the pork on a meat thermometer measures between 145°F (medium rare) and 160°F (medium). Remove from the grill and let rest for 3 minutes.

4 boneless pork chops (boneless pork loin chops, usually around 1/2 inch thick)
2 large eggs
1 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. cumin
1 c. Panko bread crumbs
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
non-stick cooking spray, olive oil type preferred
freshly ground black pepper
salt
1 T. finely chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk 2 eggs; add garlic and onion powders, cumin, and parsley; mix well; set aside. In a shallow bowl, plate or platter, mix Italian seasoned bread crumbs with Panko bread crumbs; set aside. In a third shallow bowl, plate or platter, add Parmesan cheese; set aside. Spray both sides of chops with cooking spray; season both sides with salt and pepper. Coat chops completely with Parmesan cheese, making sure cheese adheres on both sides. Dip chops into the egg/seasoning mixture; coat completely with the bread and Panko crumbs, making sure that both sides are covered completely. Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet or in a baking dish; lightly spray on non-stick cooking spray to coat foil. Place chops on the baking sheet or dish; bake for 15 minutes. Flip chops over gently; bake for an additional 15-30 minutes until golden brown and centers reach 150 degrees. Serve. 4 servings.

1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs beaten
1 cup Panko
1/3 cup grated Parmesan heese
1/3 cup butter

Steps:

  • Pre-heat your oven to 400 °F. Whisk together the flour, salt and pepper.
  • Coat a pork chop in beaten egg, then dip in the flour mixture. Dip into the eggs again, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture. Cover them completely.
  • Set pork chops on a small baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. This helps the batter stay on.

Steps:

1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs (Japanese Bread crumbs)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons smoked Hungarian paprika
2 teaspoons dried chipotle powder
2 teaspoons dried ancho chile powder
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (don't use the stuff in the green can)
2 tablespoons sesame oil (don't substitute any other oil)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together panko, salt, cumin, paprika, chipotle, ancho, pepper, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Coat pork chops with crust mixture by rolling them in it as well as pressing it into the meat.
  • Heat sesame oil in large skillet until very hot.

  • Heat oven to 425 degree's Grease pan lightly. place parchment paper on top of pan. Grease top side with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.. Set aside.

  • Whisk together one whole egg with two egg whites.

  • Flip chops over and Return to Baking sheet. Drizzle butter over chops. Salt and pepper lightly. Bake approximately another 15 minutes. Place oven on broil and brown tooth sides of chops . Keep a close eye on chops
  • Remove from oven and serve.

1 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Lawry's®)
½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ cup oil

  • Place beaten eggs on a large plate.
