PAN DE BANANA ESPONJOSO
Esta receta de pan de banano es húmeda y esponjosa, la combinación del plátano y el azúcar morena dan una textura suave y delicada.

- Pre calentar el horno 15 minutos antes a una temperatura de 180ºC - 350ºF. Preparar un molde para pan de (23 x 13 cm) con papel pergamino para hornear. Reservar.
- Combinar el vinagre de manzana y la leche, mezclar y reservar.
- Tamizar la harina de trigo, polvo de hornear, canela y nuez moscada. Agregar el azúcar morena y mezclar hasta incorporar con la harina.
- Batir los huevos, aceite, la mezcla de la leche y vinagre y los bananos en puré en un bol grande.
- Añadir la mezcla de la harina y azúcar a los ingredientes humédos. Combinar con una cuchara de madera o una espátula hasta que todos los ingredientes estén integrados.
- Vierta la mezcla en el molde previamente preparado y alise la superficie.
- Hornear por 45 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro salga limpio.
- Sacar del horno y dejarlo enfriar un poco en el molde por 10 minutos antes de transferirlo a una parilla.
- Cortar en rodajas y servir tibio o a temperatura ambiente.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches, or 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches.
- Mix all ingredients; beat 30 seconds.
- Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 9-inch loaf about 70 to 80 minutes, 8 1/2 inch loaves 55 to 60 minutes.
- Cool slightly. Loosen sides of loaf from pan with a knife; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. To store, wrap and refrigerate no longer than 1 week.

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Soften the butter to room temperature and mix it with the sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Mash the bananas and add it to the butter and sugar mixture.
- Add the salt, lemon juice, cinnamon, and egg.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and slowly add it to the liquid mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, approximately 9 x 5 inches.
- Bake in oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
