A very easy dessert. Kids and adults go ape over this one! Make sure you make the day before you serve, to soften the Oreo cookies. Prep time includes chill time.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 (1 lb) package Oreo cookies, crushed into chunks
4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
2 packages instant vanilla pudding (small size)

Steps:

In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
Add the milk, vanilla and pudding mixes.
Mix until all the lumps are gone.
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Put half of the cookies in the bottom of a large glass bowl.
Cover with the entire pudding mixture.
Top with remaining cookie chunks.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

These Oreo Pudding Cookies are a family favorite! They're crispy at the edge, but adding pudding mix into the batter keeps them heavenly soft & chewy in the center!

Ingredients

1 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 pkg (4.2 oz) Oreo pudding/pie filling mix
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups chopped Cookies and Creme Bars
14 coarsely chopped Oreo cookies

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment mix together butter and both sugars on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add in the dry pudding mix and mix for an additional 30 seconds, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. Turn mixer to low and slowly add in baking soda, salt and flour until combined.
Stir in chopped candy and cookies.
Using a large (3 tablespoon sized cookie scoop) drop the dough onto baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
