Orange Pineapple Drink Food

ORANGE PINEAPPLE DRINK

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, combine the water, juices and sugar until sugar is dissolved; add the cinnamon stick. Heat through. Serve warm or transfer to a pitcher and chill until serving. Garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks if desired.

PINEAPPLE ORANGE DRINK

Steps:

• Place half of the orange juice, pineapple and ice cubes in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.

PINEAPPLE-ORANGE DRINK - BRAZILIAN

Steps:

• Pour the crushed ice and water into a large drinking glass.
• Add the orange juice and the pineapple juice. Stir and drink.
• This drink can also be made quickly in a blender. Serves 1 or 2.

PINEAPPLE ORANGE MIMOSAS

Steps:

• Divide a bottle of champagne among 4 glasses. Stir together 1/4 cup pineapple juice and 1/4 cup orange juice; pour over the champagne. Top each mimosa with 1/2 tablespoon orange liqueur. Garnish with orange and pineapple wedges.

PINEAPPLE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Chill a martini glass in the freezer. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the pineapple juice, vodka, orange liqueur, and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously, until combined and chilled, about 30 seconds. (In general, by the time the shaker mists up the drink is ready.)
• Scatter some turbinado sugar onto a small plate, wet the rim of the glass and dip into sugar. Strain the drink into the chilled glass. Skewer the pineapple and cherry and drop into the cocktail. Cheers.

ORANGE PINEAPPLE BANANA SMOOTHIE

Steps:

• Place ingredients in blender in listed order.
• Blend for about 30 seconds.
• Drink immediately.
• Important: use fresh sweet organic fruit.
• Optional: You can add a couple ice cubes if you want it cold, but I prefer it room temperature - it feels very tropical and authentic that way.

PINEAPPLE-ORANGE MARGARITA

Steps:

• Combine pineapple juice, tequila, Cointreau, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in large pitcher. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Refrigerate.) Add 3 cups ice cubes to pitcher and stir to blend well. Pour margarita into cocktail glasses. Garnish with pineapple spears and maraschino cherries, if desired, and serve.
