Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package orange Jell-O, dry
1 (15 ounce) can drained crushed pineapple
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip Topping
1 (12 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese
1 (11 ounce) can drained mandarin oranges

Steps:

Sprinkle dry Jello over cottage cheese.
Add fruits and Cool Whip.
Stir together.
Cover and chill until serving time.
We have even substituted raspberries and raspberry Jello with great success.

16 ounces low-fat small-curd cottage cheese
4 ounces orange Jell-O
16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
8 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
16 ounces fat-free cool whip
1/4 cup crushed pecans (optional) or 1/4 cup walnuts (optional)

Steps:

Mix together cottage cheese and dry Jello.
Add pineapple, mandarin oranges, and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip and chill until served.

Ingredients

WHAT YOU NEED
1 container of cottage cheese
1 package orange jello
1 container of cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges

Steps:

1. In a bowl mix together cottage cheese and jello (dont add any water, just the powder), Stir in remaining ingredients, cover an refrigerate for about 2 or more hours. This will keep for a week in an air tight container in the fridge. Enjoy
