Steps:
- Cook the bacon in a large pot over medium-high heat until crispy.
- Add the chicken and cook until no pink is showing. Remove the chicken.
- Cook the spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper with the bacon until the spinach has wilted.
- Put the chicken back in, add the milk, then stir.
- Bring the milk to a boil, then add the pasta.
- Stir constantly for about 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked.
- Add the parmesan, then mix until the cheese has melted. Serve!

- Place pot over medium-high heat and bring mixture to a boil. Should take about 4 to 5 minutes to reach a boil.
- Once liquid is boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until most of the liquid has been absorbed and the pasta is al dente.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan until sauce is thick and creamy. Season with more salt and pepper as needed.
- Top pasta with more Parmesan and serve.

- In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper and cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and bacon from the pot, leaving any fat from cooking the bacon behind.
- Add the onions, tomatoes, and garlic to the pot and cook until the garlic is starting to brown.
- Add the cream and bring to a boil.
