ONE-MINUTE SALSA

One-Minute Salsa image

This quick salsa can be made with either fresh or canned tomatoes, but if you're using fresh, make sure they are sweet, ripe, in-season tomatoes. If they aren't, canned tomatoes are a better choice. From America's Test Kitchen.

AJ'S MILD SALSA

Aj's Mild Salsa image

This receipe is a combo of different recipes my fiance and I found online, with a little of our own ideas! People always ask us to bring this to parties. The lack of seeds is what makes this salsa mild, the flavor is awesome without the hot effects! Great for people who like tasty but not hot salsa!

Toss everything into the food processor and pulse away. I’d suggest using the pulse button vs. the on button to control the texture of the salsa.
