OLD BAY KING CRAB LEGS
The classic seafood seasoning and lemon bring heat and brightness to sweet crab meat. The only way to improve it is with a dunk in drawn butter.

- Put the crab legs in the bottom of a large stockpot, then cover with 4 quarts of water and stir in the seafood seasoning (see Cook's Note). Halve the lemons and squeeze the juice into the pot, then add the rinds. Cover and bring to a boil, then cook over medium-high heat until the crab legs are warmed through, about 5 minutes. Remove the crab legs to a large serving bowl or platter.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until the butter foams and simmers, about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and let stand 5 minutes. Using a spoon, remove any milk solids from the surface of the butter, then slowly pour the melted butter into a small serving bowl, leaving any watery, white whey behind in the saucepan. Serve alongside the crab legs.
OLD BAY CRAB BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Prep this cheesy breakfast casserole in just 10 minutes, then let the oven do the rest. Packed with hash browns, fluffy eggs and tender crab meat, the entire dish is served up with the big, bold flavor of OLD BAY® Seasoning.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with no stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Mix hash browns, cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of the OLD BAY in large bowl until well blended. Press mixture evenly onto bottom of greased baking dish. Sprinkle crabmeat over hash brown mixture.
- Beat eggs, milk, flour and remaining 1 tablespoon OLD BAY in large bowl until well blended. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with additional OLD BAY, and thinly sliced green onions, if desired.

OLD BAY CRABMEAT STUFFING
Love this stuff... I think it's best suited to (of course) fish or seafood, but also chicken or a Cornish hen. I love the bite of the Tabasco and the flavor of the seasonings blending with the crab. I like to use whole-grain bread for its benefits, but white bread sure tastes good here!

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a skillet, melt the 1/2 stick of butter; in the butter, saute the onions with the Old Bay, Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, thyme, chives, nutmeg and celery seed, until onions are slightly browned.
- Stir in undrained crabmeat and its liquid; stir to blend, then add the toasted bread cubes, coating thoroughly with butter, crab and seasonings.
- Combine the sherry and water, then drizzle into the bread-crab mixture, incorporating all very well.
- Mix thoroughly, then transfer to a lightly greased baking dish and bake, covered, at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes; uncover and bake uncovered another 15 minutes.

I was looking for a delicious and different brunch dish using shrimp. This dish will wow your guests for sure. You make it the day before and just bake in the morning. Incredible and elegant this is a super tasty dish for brunch, lunch or dinner.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place diced croissants into a greased 9x13 pan. Spread shrimp and crab on top of bread. Sprinkle with lemon zest and juice, onion, 1/2 garlic powder, bacon and 2 oz. cheddar cheese. Top with hash browns, remaining cheeses, half of the cilantro and peppers.
- 2. In a medium bowl mix eggs, half and half, milk, mayo, sour cream, mustard, nutmeg, remaining garlic powder and cilantro, old bay and salt/pepper until well blended.
- 3. Pour egg mixture over all in pan. Press to cover all with egg mix. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
- 4. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20 more minutes till cheese is melted. Let sit 10-15 mins. Before serving.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- In large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, croutons, cheese, onion, and parsley. Stir in the crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into center of the casserole comes out clean. Serve immediately.
