1/3 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground

Steps:

  • Toss together the salad ingredients.
  • Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and re-toss.
  • Serve cold.
