When strawberry season comes around, nothing is better than fresh, ripe strawberries paired with chocolate. This no bake chocolate strawberry tart is a simple and amazingly delicious dessert that you will be able to put together in just a matter of minutes.

Oreo cookie crumbs, 3 cups
Melted butter, 1/2 cup
Dark Chocolate, 10 ounces
Heavy Cream, 1 cup
Strawberries, 20
Oreo cookie crumbs, for dusting

Steps:

  • In a food processor, blend the oreo cookie crumbs to ensure that they are smooth and there are no large pieces
  • Pour the melted butter in with the cookie crumbs and mix to for a dough
  • Press the cookie crust into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Put the pan in the freezer while you continue with the remaining recipe.
  • Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl .
  • To make the ganache, bring the heavy cream to a boil and pour over the dark chocolate.
  • Which the cream and chocolate together until smooth. Set aside
  • Slice the strawberries however you choose- slices, dices or simply cutting them in half will all work depending on the look you would like your tart to have.Remove the tart shell from the freezer and pour the ganache into the shell. Press the strawberries into the ganache.Sprinkle the tart with oreo crumbs and place in the fridge until you are ready to serveCut the tart and enjoy!

1 cup butter, melted
1 cup double cream
2 cups dark chocolate
1 cup strawberry
dark chocolate, melted
white chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • Add the cookies to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until crumbs form. Mix in the melted butter, stirring to combine.
  • Transfer the biscuit mixture to a 9 inch (23 centimeters) cake tin lined with parchment paper and press to form an even base. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Add the double cream and chocolate to a pot over medium heat, gently stirring until the chocolate is melted.
  • Pour the chocolate over the biscuit base and top with the strawberries.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours, until set. Drizzle with melted dark and white chocolate and coat with icing sugar.

330 g Oreo cookies (roughly 32 cookies, or for a gluten-free option, use Trader Joe's Gluten-Free Joe-Joe's)
1/2 cup butter, melted
7 ounces milk chocolate chips
3 1/2 ounces bittersweet chocolate
7 ounces heavy whipping cream
10 ounces fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Crust:.
  • Place cookies (with cream fillings) in a food processor and blend until crumbs form.
  • Pour melted butter over the crushed cookies. Continue to blend until evenly moistened.
  • Using a spatula (or the back of a spoon), press cookie mixture into the bottom and edges of a rectangular 5 x 14" tart pan.
  • Freeze until you prepare the filling.
  • Filling:.
  • In a small saucepan, place cream over medium-low heat for a few minutes to get hot. No boiling or simmering necessary.
  • Remove from heat, pour over chopped chocolate and let rest for 1-2 minutes. Stir well until chocolate and cream is completely dissolved.
  • Remove Oreo crust from the freezer and pour in chocolate filling. Smooth as necessary.
  • Top with strawberries and nuts.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.

1/2 cup (110g) butter (, melted)
7 oz (200g) milk chocolate
3.5 oz (100g) bittersweet chocolate
7 oz (200 ml) heavy cream
10 oz (300g) fresh strawberries
chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)

Steps:

  • Place oreo cookies into the bowl of a food processor and blend until crumbs form. Add melted butter and pour over the crushed cookies. Process until evenly moistened. Press cookie mixture with the back of the spoon and your fingers where necessary, into the bottom and edges of a rectangular 5×14 inch (12 x 36 cm) tart pan. Freeze until you prepare the filling, just for few minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, place cream over medium-low heat for a few minutes to get hot. No boiling or simmering needed. Remove from heat, pour over chopped chocolate and let rest for 1-2 minutes. Stir until dissolved.

3 (1 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, divided
1 tablespoon butter
1 pastry shells, baked (9 in)
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 -4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup strawberry jam, melted

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt 2 oz chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread or brush over the bottom and up the sides of the pie crust. Chill.
  • Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream,sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over chocolate layer; cover and chill for two hours.
  • Arrange strawberries over the filling. For great presentation, cut off the tops and place the cut end down into the cream cheese mixture and have the little ends poking up. Go around the pie in a circle until it is filled in with strawberries. Brush the strawberries with the melted jam. Then melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle it over the strawberries.

2 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg white
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
28 ounces strawberries, rinsed, patted dry, cap ends cut straight across, put cut sides down on paper towels

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F Coat a 9-in. fluted tart pan with removable sides with nonstick spray.
  • Crust: Break cookies into food processor. Add nuts and sugar; pulse until fine crumbs form. Add egg white; pulse just to blend. Press evenly over bottom and up sides of tart pan. Freeze 10 minutes, or until firm. Cover crust with foil.
  • Bake 20 minutes; remove foil. Bake 5 minutes more, or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
  • Meanwhile, make Filling: Heat cream and butter over medium heat until butter melts. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips and let stand 2 minutes to melt. Whisk until blended and smooth. Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour until cool but still pourable. Pour into crust. Place strawberries cut sides down on filling. Refrigerate at least 2 hours for filling to set.
  • To serve: Put tart pan on a small, sturdy bowl; let sides fall down. Gently slide tart off pan bottom onto a serving plate.

1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
6 cups strawberries, quartered

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolate and 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec. Spoon evenly into shells, adding about 1-1/2 tsp. to each; spread to evenly coat bottoms and sides of shells. Refrigerate until ready to use.
