PRETZEL SALAD
Delicious and easy Pretzel Salad made with a sweet and salty pretzel crust, whipped cream cheese filling, and raspberries in jello on the top. It's always a favorite potluck or party dessert!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add crushed pretzels, light brown sugar and melted butter to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Press firmly into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
- Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy. Add the whipping cream and beat until cream has stiffened into soft peaks.
- Spread the mixture over the top of the pretzel crust, spreading it all the way to edges of the pan on all sides (so the jello wont seep through).
- Boil 2 cups water. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in frozen berries. Set aside to cool to room temperature, then pour into dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, until jello has set.

Steps:
- In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; set aside to cool to room temperature.
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix Crust ingredients. Press into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Bake 10 minutes. Cool on cooling rack.
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and the vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
- Spread raspberries over filling; pour cooled gelatin on top. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until firm. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.

- In a large saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. - Place pretzels in a food processor; pulse until chopped. Add butter and sugar; pulse until combined. Reserve 1/3 cup pretzel mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of a greased 9-in. springform pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes., Meanwhile, in a bowl, add boiling water to gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally., Chop half the strawberries; slice remaining berries and reserve for topping. In a large bowl, beat 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Beat marshmallow creme, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk into cooled gelatin mixture until blended. Gently fold in chopped strawberries and whipped cream. Pour into crust., Refrigerate, covered, until firm, 4-6 hours. Beat remaining 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form; spread over pie. - Place broken cookies in processor. Using on/off turns, process until finely ground. Place chocolate chips, butter, and sugar in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high at 15-second intervals until melted, stirring occasionally. Add chocolate mixture to processor and blend until combined. Press crumb mixture onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch glass pie dish (do not pack firmly). Chill crust while preparing filling.

- Melt margarine& mix together with sugar& pretzels.
- Press into 9x13 pan.
- Bake@ 350 for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cream sugar and cream cheese together and stir in Cool Whip for the second layer.
- When blended, spread over cooled pretzel crust.
- Place in refrigerator until mixture is firm.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water and add raspberries.
- Chill.
- When jello starts to thicken, pour over cream cheese mixture.
- Chill overnight.
- Cut into squares and garnis with whipped cream and a fresh berry if available.
