2/3 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa
Pinch of salt

Steps:

Combine ingredients and store in air tight container
Add to 2 tbsp per 1 Cup of Milk

I was not crazy about chocolate pie until my mother's friend made one for our family. It was so delicious that my brother and I argued over the last piece.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp margarine
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp nestle quik chocolate mix
3 Tbsp cornstarch
3 egg yolks, reserve whites
1 c sugar
2 c milk
1 pie crust, baked

Steps:

1. Add together the sugar, cornstarch, and Nestle Quik.
2. Stir in one and half cups of milk.
3. Beat the egg yolks together and stir in the other half cup of milk.
4. Add to sugar mixture.
5. Cook until thickened in a double boiler; stirring constantly.
6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and margarine. Cool slightly. Pour into baked pie crust.
7. Beat egg whites with 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar until stiff.
8. Add 3 tablespoons sugar, a little at a time, while continuing to beat the egg whites.
9. Spread the meringue over the pie filling and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until brown.
