SUPER CHEESY NACHOS WITH WORKS
These are super yummy, my kids absolutely love them on movie nights. Have fun with this recipe. you can any variation of veggies and any amount you wish of any ingredient according to taste.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning according to pacage directions.
- Spread chips evenly on a cookie sheet.
- Dot with cheese spread or you can melt in microwave and pour on chips.
- Evenly spread out meat mixture over top of chips.
- Sprinkle veggies evenly over meat mix.
- At this point you can add more cheese spread if you wish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

NACHOS WITH THE WORKS
This recipe for nachos is easy and quick to prepare, and includes all the fixings. Kids will love making it too!

Steps:
- 1. Prepare the rice according to package instructions and set aside. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 17x11 inch baking sheet or large ovenproof serving platter with cooking sray. Spread chips on the prepared baking sheet. It's okay if the chips overlap. 3. In a bowl, combine peppers, onions, black beans, and rice. Spoon evenly over chips. Top with cheese and jalapeños. Bake for 10 minutes, rotating pan halfway through. 4. Cut avocaods in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh out into a bowl. Mash avocado and mix in lime juice, cilantro, onions, tomatoes, and salt. Set aside. 5. Serve nachos hot with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream on the side along with Pumpkin Black Bean Soup. Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place bag of chips spread out on a large cookie sheet.
- Cook stew meat or chicken in a pot until cooked through. When meat is ready shred the meat and mix with taco seasoning.
- Mix cheese soup and nacho cheese soup with a 1/2 can milk to make it creamy. Set aside.
- Spoon refried beans over chips and then sprinkle meat on top of beans. The beans hold things on a little.
- Drizzle cheese mixture over meat and beans covering all areas of the pan.
- Sprinkle olives, tomatoes, and onion on top of the cheese.
- Place in oven for 5-7 minutes and let it heat through.
- Serve with your favorite Mexican side dish or serve as is.
- ENJOY!

I got this recipe from summer camp, and when I made them at home, my whole family was impressed. Layers of tortilla chips and salsa with the works on the side - tastes just like the nachos they serve at restaurants. Perfect for a party!

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together the onion, tomatoes, parsley, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread tortilla chips in a single layer onto a baking sheet, and spoon about 1 teaspoon of the tomato salsa onto each chip. Spread 1 cup of Cheddar cheese over the nachos, top the chips with another teaspoon or so of salsa, and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
- Bake the nachos in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbling, about 5 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and any remaining salsa on the side for dipping the chips.
