BUFFALO CHICKEN NAAN PIZZA
Cajun-spiced grilled chicken, spicy Buffalo sauce, and a creamy cheese sauce on garlic naan bread makes a delicious, easy pizza meal.

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Grill chicken on the preheated grill until no longer pink inside and juices run clear, 5 to 10 minutes per side. Remove from grill, leaving grill on. Let chicken rest for 3 to 4 minutes, then cut into small pieces and set aside.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, half-and-half, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, garlic, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Spread white sauce evenly onto naan, then layer chicken and feta cheese on top. Refrigerate any leftover white sauce.
- Combine Buffalo sauce, melted butter, tomato paste, smoked paprika, and nutmeg in a bowl. Drizzle Buffalo sauce on top of naan pizzas.
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Heat pizzas on the hot grill until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer pizzas to the preheated broiler and finish cooking until golden brown on top, about 1 minute more.

- Preheat and indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high. Combine the oil, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl; brush on the chicken. Grilled the chicken 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Cool the chicken to room temperature and then thinly slice.
- Preheat the 400°F
- Set the naan on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread the top of the naan with the barbecue sauce. Arrange the chicken on top of the barbecue sauce; sprinkle with the cheese and green onions. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the naan is crispy.
- Note: The naan I used were 10-inches long and 3-inches wide. If you cannot find them that size, simply select naan, whether round or oval, which appear to be a good size to make a pizza that serves one.

- To assemble your BBQ chicken pizza, grab the naan flatbread and spread the BBQ sauce over the surface. Leave the edges clean for the "pizza crust".
- Next, evenly sprinkle your shredded cheese over the BBQ sauce layer.
- Top the cheese with the shredded chicken, sliced onions, and sliced jalapenos (if using).
- To bake these naan pizzas, preheat the oven to 425° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (not wax). You can also use foil, but the cheese may stick a little.
- Once the oven is up to temperature, place the prepared pizza on the cookie sheet and bake at 425° for about 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and browned at the edges.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish it with cilantro leaves or the green ends of a scallion.
- To cook your BBQ chicken pizza in the air fryer, set the fryer to 400° and preheat for about 2 minutes.
- Once heated, carefully place your topped naan in the air fryer basket or on the fry shelf (depending on your model) and air fry for about 5 minutes. *I don't use parchment or foil for this. However, if your air fryer basket is prone to sticking, give the basket or tray a spritz of cooking spray before adding the flatbread.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer and garnish it with fresh cilantro or scallions.

- Preheat oven to 375.
- Heat up the olive oil over medium heat, and add the garlic and onion. Cook until caramelized.
- Place naan flatbreads on a sheet pan and spread a layer (as if you were putting on pizza sauce) of bbq sauce around the tops, leaving an edge so it doesn't spill over and make a mess.
- Sprinkle the shredded chicken, and bacon crumbles, over top of the naan and then distribute the onion and garlic evenly.
- Sprinkle with the cheeses and drizzle a little more bbq sauce over top if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins or until the cheese is melty.
- Slice up into 4 pieces per naan. Be aware that you will have to eat this with a fork and knife.the naan doesn't hold up to the moisture, but it's the best tasting bread I've made it with. Use a pre-made pizza crust if you want it to be eaten like a pizza.

- Preheat oven to 425°F Lay 2 Naans on a baking tray. Spread 2 tablespoons Tzatziki dip right up to the edges of each bread. Top each naan with 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of the red pepper strips and chicken. Drizzle each pizza lightly with olive oil, 2 more tablespoons finely shredded Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place bread on baking sheets.
- Divide the tzatziki sauce over each bread.
- Sprinkle some cheese over.
- Place an equal amount of the peppers and chicken on the bread.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 10-15 min or until desired crispness is reached.
- Keep an eye on them after 10 minute so they don't burn.
- Sprinkle desired amount of green onions to finish.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the Naan bread on a baking pan that has been sprayed liberally with cooking spray. Spread each piece of Naan lightly with the barbecue sauce reserving the bulk of the sauce to drizzle over the toppings. If you'd like more sauce, serve it on the side so your pizza's won't get soggy. Divide the toppings evenly into four servings. Place the chicken, bacon, onion and peppers on the Naan in that order. Drizzle with the remainder of the barbecue sauce. Sprinkle the shredded colby jack cheese on top and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden. Garnish with chopped cilantro and cut into quarters to serve. Yield: 4 whole Naan pizzas Cook's note: Cut each naan it into smaller pieces and serve this delish pizza as an appetizer.
