MY FAVORITE TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
I've been making tuna noodle casserole for decades. I usually modify it a bit depending on what I have on hand. Tonight I was very happy with the result and am posting it for future reference.

MY TUNA-NOODLE CASSEROLE
I have been making this recipe for years. It has a real cheesy smooth sauce. I got it from an old Better Homes and Garden recipe book my mom gave to me years ago.

MY FAVORITE TUNA CASSEROLE
I love Tuna Casserole, but I do admit to being very picky about it. I have searched far and wide for a recipe that I liked, and by-jove, I think I've got it. I do admit that one of my favorite tuna casseroles is "Stouffers Tuna Casserole". I just love the flavor, but I admit, I have not been able to recreate it (dang preservatives). But this one is pretty good. It's not fat free, but it is ooey, gooey goodness.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees. You don't want it too hot, as it might burn food. Also, you might want to spray the sides of baking dish with cooking spray, as the cheese sometimes sticks to pan. Your choice.
- In a large bowl, combine Tuna, Mayo, onions, green onions, celery and carrots together, toss.
- Slowly add Cream Of Chicken soup, one can at a time. Slowly mix.
- Cook wide egg noodles according to package directions (7 to 8 minutes in hot, salty water)drain and slowly mix hot noodles into tuna and veggie mix. Add Mozzarella cheese. Add extra sharp cheddar cheese (Monterey Jack cheese is good too), mix well. Put a layer of cheese (your choice, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack is best, as it doesn't burn).
- Cook in oven at 360 degrees until cheese is nice and melted. Let stand for a few minutes.
- **You can variate this recipe with whatever spices you like. Sometimes I add peas, but I found I like it better without.
ARIELLE'S FAVORITE TUNA CASSEROLE
This is one of my family's favorite quick work night meals - I used to make this as a teen for my folks and have continued with my family. My kids (and hubby) request this one!! Fun ways to change it up are to bake crescent rolls in a ball/roll filled with cheese on top of the casserole (I like to start them out first so the bottoms cook a bit first), or top the casserole with fried onions, crushed potato chips (a great use for those old chips in the cupboard), etc. I modify the amounts depending on what I have in the pantry - but it is always great!!!

TUNA CASSEROLE
Break out a family favorite: tuna casserole. The traditional comfort food is great for serving large groups. In our tuna casserole recipe, we cut the sauce with chicken broth, but there's enough milk to make this casserole feel indulgent.

BEST EVER TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
This is a recipe my entire family loves! It's requested at least once a week and for Birthday suppers. The recipe came from the mother of one of my childhood friends, who made some of the best food. If I'm making a double batch, I make it with cream of chicken and celery soups together.
