MUM'S MIRACLE WHIP DRESSING
Mum made this for her potato salad and cabbage salad. I still use it and make it for simple lettuce and tomato salads and macaroni salad. Typically, Calorie-Wise Miracle Whip gives me a dressing less in fat than most low cal store bought dressings. For my salad, I use 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sugar and no mustard. I tend to like a sweet dressing.

Steps:
- You can use whatever measurements you need for what you are making. It's a process that doesn't really follow a recipe, it's just one of those things you know how to do automatically :)
- For a single lettuce and tomato salad: 1 tbsp Miracle Whip mixed with milk until it is a salad dressing consistency. Start with a teaspoon of milk and add as you like. mix in 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
- For a potato salad using 6 potatoes: 1/2 cup Miracle Whip mixed with milk and 1 teaspoon mustard and 1 or 2 teaspoons sugar.
MUSTARD SALAD DRESSING
My cousin shared this recipe after I commented on its mild, delicious taste. It's so easy to whisk up, and it stores well in the refrigerator. -Ruth Ann Stelfox, Raymond, Alberta
