MOM'S BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
My mom's own recipe for baked chicken wings. One of my favorite dishes and relatively easy to make.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, seasoned salt, paprika, and turmeric together in a bowl. Add chicken wings; thoroughly massage marinade into the chicken. Transfer chicken and marinade into a 14x8-inch aluminum baking container. Season with garlic salt. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until crisp and no longer pink in the centers, about 50 minutes more.

MOM'S WINE MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS
This is a recipe my mom has to make for every family get together. I get compliments everything I make them, too.

Steps:
- 1. Mix all the ingredients except chicken in a very large bowl. Mix well and add chicken wings.
- 2. Marinate overnight. I turn, flip or mix several times so they're well coated. (you can start this early in the day and bake late afternoon, too)
- 3. Layer the wings on a large cookie sheet (or 2). Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes. Turn wings and bake another 90 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the chicken to a shallow buttered casserole and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Layer the cheese slices on top.
- In a medium bowl, add the soup and the wine, season with salt and pepper and pour over the cheese.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix on top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve.

SIMPLE MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS
These are my husband's favorite kind of wings. Easy to make and delicious. They taste even better if you double the sauce and marinate for 24 hours.

- Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl. Arrange the chicken wings in a 9x13-inch baking dish, and pour marinade over the chicken. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove the plastic wrap from the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken wings are no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour, basting occasionally.
