EASY QUICHE
This is an easy mix-it-up-in-one-bowl-and-cook recipe. I make it for every brunch I attend. You may substitute chopped spinach for the broccoli if you wish.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10 inch quiche dish.
- In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in broccoli, ham and Cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared quiche dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden brown.

EASY QUICHE RECIPE
This easy quiche recipe is perfect for Sunday brunch. This recipe makes 1 9-inch quiche. If you want to make two, then make note of the notes in (brackets).

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place parchment paper over the frozen pie crust. Place a large handful of dry beans on top of parchment paper to prevent crust from bubbling up.
- Place pie crust in oven on the lowest oven rack and brown for 8 minutes.
- Carefully remove parchment paper and beans (after the beans cool, you can place them into a plastic bag to use again next time you make this easy quiche recipe).
- In a large frying pan, saute the onion, corn, red pepper, ham and dill weed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and evaporated milk.
- Remove sauteed vegetable & ham mixture from stove. Stir in flour.
- Pour vegetable and ham mixture into the pie crust.
- Place broccoli on top.
- Mix ½ of the shredded cheese into the egg and milk mixture.
- Add salt and pepper into the egg mixture.
- Pour egg mixture over the pie.
- Top with the remainder of the shredded cheese.
- Bake on bottom rack of oven for 45-50 minutes (until a table knife inserted in the middle of the pie comes out clean).
- Remove from oven & let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- Fry bacon or sausage and let cool.
- Pour the bacon/sausage , bell pepper, cheese, and onion into unbaked deep dish pie shell.
- Mix eggs, salt, sugar, pepper, and milk.
- Pour over other ingredients.
- Bake at 425F for 15 minutes OR at 300F for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!

- cook bacon and sausage, drain and set aside.
- preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss together bacon, ham, sausage, cheese and onion. Spoon into pie shell. Whisk together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over ham and cheese misture. Bake 45 minutes or until goled and knife inserted in comes out clean.
- ** Note** use low sodium bacon so that quiche isn't too salty.

QUICK & EASY SPINACH QUICHE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook spinach and onion together in skillet until onion is soft and spinach is completely thawed, cool slightly.
- Cut cream cheese into small cubes and place in the bottom of pie crust. Top with spinach and onion mixture.
- In a mixing bowl beat eggs. Add shredded cheese, milk, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Pour egg mixture into crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until center is set. You may have to cover it with foil for the last 10-15 minutes so the crust doesn't get too dark.
- Take out of the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
