1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package garlic cheese (Kraft)
1 box chopped broccoli
1 can (4 ounce) chopped mushrooms (or large if you prefer)

Steps:

1. Saute onion in butter and then add other ingredients.
2. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.

1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can (3 ounce size) mushrooms, sliced, or stems and pieces
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 roll (6 ounce size) garlic cheese
1 package (3 ounce size) slivered almonds
1 dash Tabasco sauce

Steps:

Saute mushrooms and onion (if you did not add onions to broccoli to cook) in butter and add all ingredients except broccoli. Cook until melted down well. Fold in broccoli. Stir well. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Heat and place in chafing/serving dish. Serve with Fritos.

1 (32 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cooked, drained, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced, drained
Tabasco sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
salt & pepper

Steps:

Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender.
Add mushrooms, soup and Tabasco sauce, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
Add cooked broccoli and cheese. Mix well.
Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Serve in chafing dish with Ritz Crackers.

1 (6 ounce) package garlic cheese (Kraft brand preferred or Copycat Kraft Garlic Cheese Roll)
1 (10 ounce) box broccoli (chopped)
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained and chopped (or large if you prefer)

Steps:

Saute onion in butter and then add other ingredients.
Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Serve warm with crackers or over baked potato.

1 (6-ounce) can roll of garlic cheese
1 dash of hot sauce

Steps:

Cook broccoli in water till soft (over-done); drain. Sauté onion in butter; add cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms and juice. Break up garlic cheese and add to mixture. Add hot sauce and broccoli. Mix well. Keep warm in chafing dish; eat with dipper potato chips. Can also be served in patty shells or over noodles as a casserole.
