- In a cocktail shaker, or a tall glass, muddle raspberries, blueberries, and mint.
- Add lime juice, sweetener, and ice, and shake until well combined. If you do not have a cocktail shaker, simply pour back and forth between two glasses until combined.
- Strain mixture over ice and top with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with berries and mint.
- Enjoy!

- Squeeze the lime quarters into a sturdy glass pitcher. Toss the juiced limes into the pitcher along with the mint, strawberries, and sugar. Crush the fruits together with a muddler to release the juices from the strawberries and the oil from the mint leaves. Stir in the club soda until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into the sugared glasses over ice cubes to serve.

Steps:
- Place the lime juice, frozen pink lemonade concentrate, fresh blackberries and fresh mint leaves into a glass.
- Crush the blackberries and gently muddle mint leaves by lightly pressing down to release their flavor. Try not to tear the mint leaves. It may be easiest to crush the blackberries first, then add mint leaves and lightly muddle.
- Add a few ice cubes to the glass then top with coconut water.
- Top with club soda (or soda of choice).
- Optional to garnish with extra blackberries or mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Chop the cucumber and mint sprig into small pieces. Bring 200ml water to the boil in a small pan and then add the mint and cucumber. Turn off the heat and leave for 2 mins. Add a small handful of frozen berries, let them defrost for a minute, then crush them lightly with the back of a spoon. Strain the mixture. This will keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours and will be enough to make four drinks.
- Pour 40ml of your strained mixture into a tall glass. Add a handful of ice and top up with 120ml lemonade. Garnish with whatever chopped fruit you like or some more frozen berries and mint leaves if you have them. Stir gently to combine.
