Steps:
- Salt and pepper tilapia to taste, then dredge in flour.
- Heat olive oil in large frypan on medium high and saute tilapia for two minutes on each side.
- Remove fish from pan.
- Lower heat and saute onion and garlic in same pan just until soft.
- Add tomatoes to blender with onions, garlic, basil and white wine.
- Add tomato sauce to frypan and add a little salt and pepper to taste.
- Return fish to sauce and simmer for 10 more minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook linguine in salted water for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove fish to serving dishes.
- Drain pasta and add to sauce in frypan.
- Turn to coat several times with tongs.
- Serve linguine alongside tilapia.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and translucent. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Add in the tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, then stir to combine. Continue cooking until the sauce reaches a simmer. Then reduce heat to medium-low and continue to let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the oil on the surface is a deep orange and the sauce is reduced and thickened. Taste, and season the sauce with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Add in the spiralized zucchini and toss until it is evenly coated with sauce. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are slightly softened. Remove from the heat and serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese.

TILAPIA MARINADE
This is my favorite way to make tilapia, especially because Costco has such a great deal on their packaged tilapia, (at least here in Arizona.) So this recipe is not only very yummy, it is very inexpensive. In fact, you probably have all of the ingredients in your kitchen. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Mince the garlic into fine pieces.
- Chop up the parsley into small pieces.
- Place the parsley and garlic into a jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Squeeze the juice into the jar.
- Add the olive oil, balsamic, oregano, pepper and Tabasco to the jar.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake well.
- Marinade your tilapia fillets for 20-30 minutes.
- I grill my tilapia for about 5 minutes, each side, but you could bake it for 30 minutes, or cook it in a frying pan, sprayed with Pam, for about 15 minutes on your stove top.

- Stir in tomatoes, salt, pepper, parsley, and wine.
- Mash tomatoes and simmer all for about 30 minutes.
- Place fish filets in sauce and simmer for about 5 more minutes or until fish turns white.
